I'm writing a post just to inform the interested, and the ones that are following the concept process of the comic...
I finally came up with a suitable name for the comic book. It will be called "TERRA EST STELLA" in honor of the great Latin quote, meaning "THE EARTH IS A STAR".

Every single Latin-language textbook in high school begins with this quote, it's the first Latin sentence that anyone learns and is the symbol of the light of the human race since the times of the great Roman Empire.
The comic book, being about the times and lives in a period of globalization, seems to have great connections to this phrase and fits quite nicely, so I decided giving more credibility to the phrase and implanting it directly into the story - namely, the grand salute of the Federal Guard is called "The Stellaria" (The Star-relation) and is followed by a hand gesture - with a hard clutched fist over the chest, symbolizing the firmness and control of men over their existence and dedication to the beliefs; and the salute - Terra Est Stella! - symbolizing the light and perseverance of the human race and the Earth in total.

I believe this came quite nicely along the way and the connection surprised even me! I thought "Terra Est Stella" should be the motto of the Confederation and stand as an inscription on the Golden Federal Seal, as well as the flag, a long time ago, but it found a way into the military ranks too, so I'm not going to fish it out, it looks quite nicely as it is. I'm happy with it!
